WHAT IS AN EMPATH?
A highly sensitive person. A term commonly used in describing one’s abilities to tap into another’s emotions and feelings. Empaths have a deep sense of knowing and are often compassionate, considerate, and understanding of others.

- Do people easily confide in you?
- Do you feel a need to help everyone around you who is suffering?
- Do you have random mood swings that have nothing to do with your own life events?
- Do you prefer to take your own car places so you can leave when you please?
- Do you overeat to cope with emotional stress?
- Do you have an “addictive personality?”
- Are you afraid of becoming engulfed in intimate relationships?
